The Gait Harness System for the Pediatric population includes with all the features found in the Original and Adult Gait Harness System®. The System size and harnesses are appropriate for the pediatric population. The Pediatric Gait Harness System® is a functional training system which allows individuals to perform standing or walking activities in a safe and effective environment. The Pediatric Gait Harness System® not only allows for ambulation in the frontal plane but for therapists and caregivers to assist over 85% of their patients in balance and other functional activities. Therapists can perform therapeutic interventions hands-free. They are therefore able to work on functional postures and other deficits rather than worrying about loss of balance and falls which could ultimately lead to injury of themselves and/or their patients.
