Over many years, the Second Step Gait Harness System® has met healthcare needs in multiple user environments, saving you time, effort, and money. All GHS models allow individuals to perform standing or walking activities in a safe, effective environment, encouraging more healthy recovery results. 

The NEW GHS II has 3 unique features.  This new System has a double wide forearm support top option, which provides greater forearm and trunk stability for clients, especially those at early ambulation stages, who need the extra support. Users may also select the standard width forearm support top, which allows for more reciprocal arm movement.  The individual user receives a personalized Gait Harness. Clinical facilities receive an an adult Gait Harness Set.

The new multi-directional casters provide effortless mobility throughout, and allow you to easily move the GHSII 360 degrees, in any direction.

Or, you can have the System restricted to move in an inline, linear direction. The 2 green “steer” tabs allow you to select between inline and multi-directional caster movement. The inline option is intended for those individuals who have challenges moving side-to-side while they are trying to focus on the specific task of walking straight forward.  

All GHS models have 2 locking brake casters, an automatic front braking system, an adjustable horizontal Gait Harness suspension system, and easy height adjustment. ALL GHS models accommodate wheelchair and scooter transfers.
